+ How do I return an item?

  • We offer a 28 Day return period. Parcels should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund; Parcels returned after 14 days (but no later than 28 days) will be issued with a credit note.

  • If your items are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at info@swishswish.co.uk with a picture of the damaged item so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.

  • If you have received and incorrect item, please email us within 14 days to info@swishswish.co.uk so we can have this resolved for you free of charge.

  • You must print and complete the returns form enclosed with your order for either a refund or an exchange.

  • Unless damaged or faulty all returned items must be in a re-sellable and unused condition with all tags intact.

  • We are unable to offer returns on jewellery, cosmetics, underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

  • Pack your items and include either the returns form in the original packaging (where possible), this allows us to deal with your request in a timely manner.

  • We advise you to use some form of tracking or proof of postage. Parcels returned via your own method are your responsibility until we receive them.

  • Return your parcel, and allow 7 working days to receive an email confirmation of the return being received.

  • Allow 14 working days after you receive the email confirmation for your refund to be processed. Please note any return postage cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund (this does not apply to faulty or incorrect items).

  • If you require an exchange you will be issued with a credit note for the item(s) you wish to exchange, allowing you to reorder the size/colour required depending on stock availability.

  • Please note credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue

+ Where is my order?

When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know.

Don’t forget that our couriers can work up until 7pm, so your order could arrive in the evening. If you’re not in when the courier tries to deliver don’t panic! – They’ll leave a calling card with further instructions.

+ Can I cancel or amend my order?

Cancellation: We can attempt to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing: please call us to request this. This can’t be guaranteed though! After this time we can’t cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items for free within 14 days of receiving your order. View our returns info page for more info.

Amendment: Orders are processed almost immediately after being placed, so any changes must be made before you click ‘Pay Securely’. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please call us ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.

+ When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 7 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Refunds take 5-7 working days to reach your account.

If you haven’t heard from us after 7 working days of sending your parcel back, get in touch with us and let us know the date you sent off your parcel and which whether you used the postal service or a courier.
